For independent used-car dealers
Your cars online the day they arrive. The paperwork ready to print.
Upper Dealer is a website and a back office for the independent lot: the inventory, the buyers who write in, the team, and the documents the law asks for, in one place, set up for you rather than by you.
What a dealer gets
Your inventory, entered once
Type the VIN and the year, make, model, trim and engine come from the federal VIN database. Add the price, the mileage and the photos from your phone. The car is on your website the moment you put it on sale, and off the listings the moment you mark it sold.
A website that is yours
Every car on its own page with the photos, the specs and the price, on the lot's own site. Built the way search engines and phones read a page: fast, one clear title, and the structured data that tells a search engine what each car is and what it costs.
Buyers reach a person
A buyer asks about a car and the message lands in your inbox and your email with the car it is about. No account for the buyer, and the forms are built to turn away automated spam.
The paperwork, ready to print
The Buyers Guide in the FTC's own wording with your state's warranty rule applied, and a window sticker and a listing kit for Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, each printing Connecticut's price notice with your amounts.
How it starts
- STEP 1
We set it up with you
We load your cars and your photos with you, on a call or at the lot, and write the site's words in your voice. You are not left with an empty screen.
- STEP 2
Your site goes live on its address
At its own address under ours from the first day. Search engines are invited in once the cars, the photos and the words read the way you want them.
- STEP 3
You keep it current from your phone
New car in: the VIN, the photos, the price. Car sold: one tap. The website, the documents and the inbox follow from what you entered.
Privacy, the law and security
Your website shows no ads, runs no trackers and sets no cookies. What a buyer writes to you belongs to you; we store it on your behalf and never sell it or use it for anything else.
Every page with a price prints Connecticut's price notice with the amounts you enter, and the panel says what a Connecticut price must include; every car under ten years old shows the warranty the state gives the buyer; every Buyers Guide is printed in the FTC's words. No invented reviews: a site shows a rating only if you enter the one you have on Google.
Each dealership's data lives behind its own wall in the database, a new device signs in with a password and a code sent by email, and every change in the panel is recorded with who made it and when.
