Upper Dealer

Terms of use

These terms cover the Upper Dealer control panel. You use it because a dealership gave you access; the agreement between that dealership and Upper Dealer governs the service itself.

Your account

Your account is personal. Keep your password to yourself, do not share sign-in codes, and tell the dealership's owner at once if you think someone else has used your account. The owner, or Upper Dealer, can reset your password and sign you out of every device.

What you may do

Use the panel for the dealership's business: its inventory, its website, the buyers who write to it. Do not try to reach another dealership's data, to probe or overload the service, or to copy its code or design.

Content and the law

What the dealership publishes through its website (prices, descriptions, photos, disclosures) is the dealership's responsibility, including the advertising and consumer rules that apply to car dealers in its state.

Changes and interruptions

Upper Dealer may change the panel, suspend an account that breaks these terms, or take a website offline when the law or security requires it. The service is provided as it is; we work to keep it available and correct and we tell you when something goes wrong.
